DPTA is proud to report that Governor Carney signed Senate Bill 83, the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact into law. Angela Smith, President of the Delaware Examining Board of Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers and DPTA member as well as DPTA Chief Delegate, Lynne Sturgill joined the governor and representatives from his administration for the bill signing.
