Edelman Spine and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (ESOPT) is Dover’s premier physical therapist-owned
practice specializing in general orthopedics, sport and spine as well as industrial rehabilitation
for over 20 years. We are expanding and have an immediate opportunity for a passionate and driven
physical therapist to join our team.

About the Role

As a physical therapist at ESOPT, you will provide personalized care plans based on the latest
evidence that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication,
and documentation to help patients recover and thrive. Your caseload will primarily consist of
general orthopedics with a variety of spine and sports injuries as well.

About You
You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care– At ESOPT, our focus is clinical
  excellence and superior outcomes. Your success is gauged on patient engagement, satisfaction, and
  results
• Desire to work with a phenomenal patient population– Your caseload will include general
  orthopedics, pre-post op care, spine care, sports injuries and industrial rehab. Our clinicians
  have had the privilege of working with the world’s most recognizable athletes as well as military
  members from nearby Dover AFB
• High interest in manual-based care– a special interest in spine care, and aquatic therapy a
  plus!
• Desire to be part of a robust team of seasoned physical therapists who are proud of their craft
  and eager to share their knowledge and expertise– great for new grad and peer-to-peer mentorship
• Drive to continually learn and grow with interest in pursuing advanced certifications such as
  MTC, CHT, dry needling, among others
• Superior customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills– ESOPT’s reputable
  and engaging team is what keeps patients coming back and spreading the word about our services
• Preference for a full-time schedule with one evening available. Flexible days and part-time also
  available
• An active or pending Delaware PT license and graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PT
  school
• New grads encouraged to apply!
