Dear Membership – please note Highmark is transitioning from Tivity / Wholehealth to Helion for their Utilization Management. They report the transition will take place in December 2023. They have yet to announce the exact date. Please see the 3 PDF’s to help better understand the transition.
Earlier this year, the APTA Delaware convened a task force to review and update APTA Delaware bylaws. The following are recommendations, approved by the current Executive Committee, from the task force. In accordance with the existing bylaws, voting members have thirty days prior to a vote to review the bylaws.
